Who We Are
ducks in a row consulting was incorporated by Elizabeth Warwick. We work with private and organisational clients, both in our own right and in collaboration with other organisations.
Elizabeth’s interest in leadership and the impact of key influencers started when she was selected for Army Officer Training. After 8 years service, she moved into Human Resources management, and into consultancy. She gained her consulting experience in two established consultancies working across corporate, voluntary and public sectors.
All of Elizabeth’s appointments have called for coaching and facilitation skills, on both a formal and informal basis. Her experience ranges from conducting individual appraisals and coaching on development needs in the Army, to managing Penguin Books staff suffering from the effects of the Ayatollah’s Fatwa on Salmon Rushdie and his publishers. In addition to design and project management skills, Elizabeth is an experienced facilitator, where she plays a key part in supporting participants to create their own personal development plans as well as providing senior managers with the ability to coach others.
Our approach is very outcome orientated. We help individuals and teams, usually at the top end of organisations, to identify the changes they need to make, and work with them to ensure they succeed in their committed actions.
